Opened in 1998, this complex comprises a 3-storey main building as well as over 30 2-floor annexe blocks spread over the complex offering a total of 281 double rooms as well as 3 suites. Facilities within the main building include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a souvenir shop, a boutique, a hairdresser's salon, a large lobby bar featuring live music, 2 nightclubs, an open-air amphitheatre, a total of 3 air-conditioned restaurants (including a buffet restaurant, a Tex-Mex and a gourmet restaurant) as well as an Internet café. The laundry service may be taken advantage of and there is a playground as well as a kids' club for those aged between 4 and 12 years of age. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park and garage facilities.
